The servicepoint can give you information about every service the AStA provides and about the AStA itself. Also you will be able to ask questions regarding the Coronavirus situation at the university. Our Servicepoint employee is also processing the Refunds of the Mobilitätsbeitrag.
The following services will not be available until the end of the pandemic:
* Certified copies
* renting one of the conference rooms from the AStA
* The face-to-face acceptance of documents. Applications for the refund of the semesterticket contribution, either due to financial support or one of the other reasons, and the loan laptop program need to be send in via postal service or fax.
* There will be no lost-and-found service since the AStA is not allowed to make any events.
